This knowledge has led to innovative training courses on sales techniques (neuroselling), personnel management (neuromanagement) and leadership (neuroleadesrhip). 


Implementing Neuromarketing techniques within training courses or in the analysis of leadership and management styles is not only a research ambition, but a fundamental element for companies and for the future of their employees.


The research centre has been conducting surveys for years using Neuromarketing techniques to study all this from a new perspective: that of emotional and cognitive impact.
